Common Inquiries

How do I book a tour?

Use the booking form on our homepage or services page. Select your preferred tour, provide your details, and we'll confirm availability within 24 hours.

Can tours accommodate special needs?

Absolutely. Contact us before booking to discuss mobility requirements, dietary restrictions, or other accommodations. We adapt routes and pacing wherever possible.

Do you offer private group tours?

Yes. Private tours for families, corporate groups, or educational institutions can be arranged. Pricing varies based on group size and customization level.

What if weather is poor on tour day?

Most tours proceed in light rain. Severe weather triggers rescheduling or full refunds. We contact participants the evening before if conditions look problematic.

Are tours suitable for children?

Our standard tours suit ages 12 and up. Custom family tours can be designed for younger children with adjusted content and pacing.

Can I request a specific guide?

Guide assignments depend on availability and expertise match. For custom packages, you may request specific guides subject to their schedule.
